Shipping

International shipping outside the US: Letternoon currently provides shipping throughout the United States. If you would like delivery to an international address, please go to checkout, follow the prompt at the address field, and we will be in touch with a final shipping quote, excluding customs. If you have additional questions, please email us at [email protected].  We are working to provide automated global shipping in the future, and will keep you updated on our developments.

Customs: Many of our products are being shipped directly from the designers overseas and we currently handle customs formalities for you when shipping to the US.  

Shipping Lead Times: Our products normally ship within 2 business days, with the exception of made to order or custom items, which have individual shipping times listed on their product descriptions.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Tracking Your Shipment: Once you have placed an order with us, we will email you with tracking information for each individual item. Please note if you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped individually from our designers and contain different tracking numbers.

Return Policy: Due to the majority of our vendors being located overseas, all products purchased on Letternoon.com are final sale. We appreciate your understanding.

Taxes: We are required to charge NY State sales tax for items paid for with NY State billing addresses, which is calculated at checkout.

Forms of Payment: We currently accept all major credit cards.
